Chef Richard Landau is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in some of New York's finest restaurants. As with the Master Chefs that he has trained under, Richard's success lies in his uncompromising drive to serve the finest food possible. A Bite of Heaven uses only the freshest ingredients in food preparation and Chef Landau oversees all food preparation and insures that proper cooking techniques are used. In addition, A Bite of Heaven is the only kosher catering company in the state to offer a full line of homemade cakes and pastries. Our catering prices vary dependent on the size of the function, the service required and the individual menu selected. Each function is catered to meet individual client's requirements and budget.
